What a fantastic June. Loads happening too! The beginning of the month was a weekend trip to see my best friend in Devon. Lots of girl stuff, food, sun and laughter.....just what the doctor ordered! Pinkies also went from two to three. My new girl will be on board by November. Due to an operation, rehabilitation and lots of rest she will hopefully be ready for the Christmas rush, if not, the new year. Very exciting times for me. I never thought I could grow my business with such amazing, hard working girls!

How are you all? Another fab bank holiday behind us. We started a massive landscaping project in our rather large garden! It wasn't the best thing to do having just done my nails 24 hours before hand! I did wear gloves but I still managed to get a lot of soil in them!

What a fab weekend! My best friend from Devon came up to stay and we packed lots in. Saturday night was spent at a clients house celebrating her husbands birthday. Lots of champagne, great food and hilarious conversations! A lovely time with people that were so interesting and funny. Some great stories were told....as the saying goes 'what happens in Vegas!' :-)

A very short blog just to say, be aware of the FAKE Shellac called 'BlueSky Shellac'

It can't be removed without damage to your nail plate and I've heard that some nail bars are actually drilling it off!!!!!!!!!

From my experience, and that of my staff, it can take up to 2 hours to fully remove it using the same procedure for the removal of our own Shellac.

BLUESKY SHELLAC..... Google it, look at the bottle and be prepared. The genuine stuff will always say 'CND Shellac' on the bottle.

Just a quick blog to wish you all a fab Easter. I've had such a busy week, I think I have topped just short of 25 Shellac treatments! Paula is enjoying the Spanish sun so sadly, I've not been able to accommodate the many ladies that have called this week. My sincere apologies to you all.

I'm going to enjoy a 5 day break at home with my husband and daughter. A facelift to my kitchen and bathroom are on the agenda! That's not to say it'll be done....I'm inclined to get a decorator after the holiday and enjoy the time off. Maybe a trip to get the paint will be enough :-)
