Happy New Year. May 2014 be filled with love, happiness and lots of good fortune! I do hope you have all enjoyed the festive break. I've had a whole 2 weeks off and I must say, it's been wonderful.

Aside someone smashing my prized possession (my car!) on Xmas Eve leaving me crippled with back pain, that I suppose was the worst of a great time with my friends and family. Thankfully my car is returned from the dealership this coming week but my back, alas, will need a touch longer to be back to normal :-( I return to work on the 7th....albeit sore but I'll battle on :-)))

Hope you are all well. December is well and truly under way even though was are only on the 4th! As Christmas draws nearer so does the realisation that you need your nails done. I have had a couple of cancellations nearer Christmas, but they won't last long, so get calling! Im looking forward to the sparkles, gems and most of all....my new nail transfers. This year I have gone for snow flakes, bows and a lace effect. Nothing like jazzing up your Shellac manicure for the festivities.

What a fab day I've had today! I have been at the Quick Finder Directory head office giving all the ladies a Shellac treat. Their wonderful boss, Amanda, decided to treat all seven of her sales and admin staff to a Shellac Manicure to say thank you for their hard work and commitment. I love nail parties but office nail parties are such fun. The buzz of the environment, phones ringing etc just brings back many happy memories of my career in an office. Had a really great day with them and i hope to see them all soon.

I visited one of my ladies today and we chatted about her nails. I have a special design in store for her and can't wait to get the picture on here. Just a quick update.

At last!! The new shellac Nude colours are amazing! Three beautiful natural colours that compliment all skin tones. We have Nude Knickers, Satin Pyjamas and Bare Chemise. Finally, Shellac can offer a HUGE range of colours.

Christmas week is now fully booked, but I do still have a few appointments for the week before, so it's worth a call if you fancy a Shellac manicure or a Calgel overlay for the festive season.

Summer has gone! I can safely say, we weren't eased into this chillier weather either. Vest tops retired, jumpers out and the Shellac colour choices change with the season (as always)

CND Shellac have finally taken on board the moans and groans of us technicians and are introducing four beautiful nude colours on 24th September. I have my reminder set up so I can order them as soon as they arrive in stock. Can't wait to get them! Nude will never date and for me, they will be a BIG seller.
