Happy new year to you all. What a wonderful break I've had cramming in trips down south, trips up north and relaxing with my family.

Back to work and CND Shellac have been teasing us with new colours which are released in March. Talking of colours, last years favourite Xmas colour was Shellac Blackpool! Some of my clients teamed it up with Iced Vapor for a bit of sparkle while others went all out with gems and stickers! It was a fab working month and I was truly spoilt by everyone once again. Thank you all for the thought and kindness you show me every year.

Seems ages since I touched base so here I am with the latest.

New CND Shellac colours are lovely. CND Shellac Ice Vapour is a HUGE favourite so far. A gorgeous silver glitter that can be worn over any of the Shellac colours but looks especially fab on Shellac Field Fox and Shellac Wildfire. With Christmas just found the corner, its certainly going to be popular.

Kirsty is now fully booked for the week of Christmas but Sarah does have a few appointments dotted here and there. Please call and check, she may just have the day and time you require.

Just a quick update today to highlight the horrors that can be caused by visiting unreputable high street, acrylic nail bars and salons. The Daily Mail has run an article featuring the terrible mess that some ladies find their nails in after visiting nail bars that use some simply horrific products. I'm afraid, I see this all too frequently with new ladies who have had their nails damaged so badly by poorly applied or removed products.

Im thrilled, delighted and honoured to be the new nail technician for Breast Friends, Solihull. This is a charity for women who have or are a survivor of breast cancer. It enables them to have an hour of normality while they're going through treatment or have finished chemo and radiotherapy. I'll be visiting these amazing ladies in their homes and offering them whatever treatment they so desire.
