Pinkies Updates

Hi everyone,

What a fab weekend! My best friend from Devon came up to stay and we packed lots in. Saturday night was spent at a clients house celebrating her husbands birthday. Lots of champagne, great food and hilarious conversations! A lovely time with people that were so interesting and funny. Some great stories were told....as the saying goes 'what happens in Vegas!' :-)

The new Shellac colours have been received with much excitement! The most popular is Lobster Pot which is a stunning coral/red. It's perfect for holidays or just for a complete change from the norm. I've chosen it for my holiday toes. That's right, my husband and I are off to Lanzarote for a week next Wednesday! To say I'm looking forward to a break is an understatement! My daughter is staying with her best friend so the two of us will enjoy lots of sun, walking and fab food. Think it's just what the doctor ordered before my summer rush begins. Paula will be manning the Pinkies phone for me, so it will be business as usual :-) Paula has becoming a valuable part of the Pinkies team. Her vast knowledge of Calgel and Shellac means her clients can choose which treatment they prefer. Her client base is growing quite nicely and the feedback I receive is great.

Lots of bridal party enquiries flooding in. It seems the colour theme that everyone is choosing is black. I wonder what happened to the wonderful vibrant colours we used to see at weddings. Fortunately, black is a colour that goes with any nail colour, so I'm hoping these brides pick some vibrant colours to add some colour to their photos. One bride that has booked is having the black colour theme, has picked the new Bikini Pink for her nails......that will look fab!
