Just a quick blog to let you know what Pinkies Gel Nails has planned for February. My website has had a massive facelift ready for the Spring and Summer. In short,

* From 4th February I will have Natasha joining Pinkies. She is a qualified Technician and she will be helping me out with late night calls. Natasha is also willing to do Sunday appointments.

January is nearly over and most of you are breathing a sigh of relief. I don't know many people that enjoy this month and this January will certainly be remembered for its awful weather.

Since my last blog on the 18th it is obvious from my call volume that ladies have been waiting for pay day. I have taken 5 confirmed new business calls this week alone which is proof that us women are still pampering ourselves regardless.

Pinkies Gel Nails launched the online voucher facility and it is already proving to be a massive success. In the first week of its launch I have had 3 purchases for various treatments and one of those ladies was from Australia who purchased one for her mum who lives locally! It looks like Pinkies Vouchers is going to be the ideal gift for many people. Look out for Valentines Day Offers which will be appearing on here very soon.

What a start to this year, snow! I for one hate the snow for a number of reasons, but for me this year it has meant that it has been harder for me to get to my calls on time, but I have managed. Luckily my husband's car is far easier to drive than my car in these conditions, so not all is lost. I have managed to make it to most of you and be greeted by many appreciated cups of tea so thank you :-)

Lately I have been getting a lot of new business from ladies who are the casualties of the acrylic nail bars. On a more regular basis I am seeing ladies with extremely damaged nail plates, infected cuticles and even nails that house no nail at all!

I mentioned on a previous blog how overwhelmed I was with the response I had received from my website, how grateful I was with JustD3signs who had designed my new advertising campaign for me and how amazed I was with the new business bookings I had received. This week has literally left me speechless with an incredible 16 new business bookings on top of my wonderful regular clients that I see on a three weekly basis. I am truly overjoyed that my website has had such a fantastic impact.

What a start to December. I have been in-undated with new business bookings from my website. I have mentioned in previous blogs about JustD3signs.com who maintain my website. This month they have added new features to my advertising campaign and its certainly paid off. In the first week of December I have 13 confirmed new business customers in addition to my recommendations. Needless to say, December for me will be THE busiest month on record since Pinkies Gel Nails opened the door to business in March of this year. Thank you JustD3signs.

A November summary.

My wedding on the 5th was nothing short of the perfect fairytale. The weather was a beautiful autumnal day and just before I walked down the aisle I was blessed with the biggest rainbow across the mountainous backdrop.

Everyone who came to Scotland had a wonderful time. Like every bride, you worry that something will go wrong or upset the day, but from start to finish the 3 day trip was filled with smiles, laughter and happiness with no hiccups or problems.

With only hours left until I fly up to Scotland for my wedding I have been so busy. I am taking 3 days out of my normal working week but I have still managed to fit everyone in for their infills, new treatments and manicures although after a 13 hour day yesterday I am glad to be having a short break.
