Hello Everyone,
A November summary.
My wedding on the 5th was nothing short of the perfect fairytale. The weather was a beautiful autumnal day and just before I walked down the aisle I was blessed with the biggest rainbow across the mountainous backdrop.
Everyone who came to Scotland had a wonderful time. Like every bride, you worry that something will go wrong or upset the day, but from start to finish the 3 day trip was filled with smiles, laughter and happiness with no hiccups or problems.
Our wedding reception was the 13th and this turned out to be (as quoted by the DJ) 'the best wedding reception in 20 years of DJ'ing). The dance floor turned into a stage as we all took turns to sing karaoke (not planned). Our photo's are nothing short of hilarious and it certainly proved that I can not sing a note in tune!
On 16th, we flew to New York for a 5 day honeymoon. We have both wanted to visit here. We saw all the sights, shopped and ate at some wonderful places. We went in a helicopter over the Hudson River which was breathtaking and arrived home on 22nd.
So after the high of our 'wedding month,' Pinkies Gel Nails is back to reality (well nearly) and it's work, work, work. My diary is getting very booked up with December approaching. Hopefully my new assistant will be shadowing me for many of my calls throughout December and hopefully she will be starting to do her own appointments in the New Year allowing Pinkies to take on more late night appointments and possibly Saturdays.
Thanks again to all my wonderful clients and to all my new clients. Without these wonderful ladies there would be no Pinkies Gel Nails.
Getting ready for our graduation ball, Kirsty was fantastic and such a lovely woman! We were worried about it being a little awkward but Kirsty was so lovely and chatty that it added towards the girlie pamper morning. My nails were beautiful for the event and as I had the shellac hands and toes, they stayed on for just over 2 weeks which was great.Thank you Kirsty, I have already recommended you! X
