Manicure Mania!

Posted by Kirsty

Hi everyone,

How are you all? Am I the only person to wave goodbye to the snow with a grin like a cheshire cat?

This week has started off busy to say the least! Paula has booked in 4 new business clients today for Shellac manicures and Calgel overlays and I am busy dealing with queries and advice regarding poor application of Shellac at other salons :-(

SNOW SNOW SNOW!!

Hi everyone,

I hope this weather isn't upsetting any plans you have all made! I am thankful that I have a quiet week coming up with lots of regulars that luckily, live on well used roads. We do try our utmost to keep appointments but sadly this weather does take its toll!

Happy New Year!

Posted by Kirsty

Hi everyone,

I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas. Mine was fab! We ate out for the first time ever and we all had a wonderful day....would highly recommend the Drum & Monkey in Solihull. Piping hot food, huge portions and 5 courses!!

I've taken this Christmas off too. It's the first times since I started the business and I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I seem to have replaced nails with cleaning!! My house has never been so sparkly :-) I am looking forward to getting back into my routine though, I have to say.

Christmas Nails

Posted by Kirsty

Hi everyone,

My nails are booked in for the festivities....I am loving the Calgel overlays. My new Pinkies recruit, Paula, did them for me last week. Although I still love the Shellac manicure, I thought I would try something else.....and I love them :-)

So girls, Xmas will soon be upon us so you really need to get those nail appointments booked in soon. I have limited appointments left for Shellac manicures but Paula does have availability for the Calgel overlay. Call soon, I'd hate to disappoint you.

Calgel Available NOW!!

Posted by Kirsty

Hi everyone,

Pinkies new recruit, Andrea, is now on board and has had two new business calls booked on her first day! Exciting times for Pinkies. My twelve month business focus is to branch out and cover the whole Midlands area offering our mobile quality service. With my husbands amazing marketing brain and my nail talent I am confident that with the right trained staff, it shouldn't be too difficult. I really feel for brides and new clients alike, when they call from areas that are impossible for me to cover. All that will soon change ladies, that's a Pinkies promise! :-)

Pinkies FIRST

Posted by Kirsty

Hi everyone,

A busy start to the month. Lots and lots of bridal parties. It seems Autumn weddings are the way forward. We certainly seem to be getting better weather for them than the summer months!! I've done a couple of brides this month that have opted for a less traditional shellac manicures. One bride had Wildfire (red) and another went for Fedora (dark brown) I agreed that both would look fab in contrast with their ivory bridal gowns.
