Hi everyone,
What glorious weather for a change! I'm certainly making the most of it between my calls.
Prom season has been so busy this year. As always, Pinkies prom girl have had long stiletto nails in lots of various bright colours. I've still got Alderbrook prom girls left for this coming week (my daughter included!) so looking forward to all the preparations.
Shellac have launched the six new colours. Not sure of the sales date yet, but I'm not overwhelmed by them. They are pretty much the same as some of the colours already out with just a slight variant of depth and shade. I imagine it must be very difficult to produce a colour that's unique and different given how many colours they have!
So this weather has seen Pinkies enquiries and bookings boom. Amongst large bridal parties, I've had a huge amount of new business to fit in too. Some of the new ladies have just wanted a 'one off' Shellac manicure for a night out and some of them have become hooked. All in all, June has been a record month for me and I'm delighted.
Personally, it's a very busy (and hugely expensive!) month too. As I mentioned, my daughter has her prom this week, she turns 16 too! To celebrate that we've got a day shopping in London with a couple of surprises thrown in!! We are off on holiday early July so I'm excited to get my husband out of work mode and watch him relax in the sun. My daughter is chilling after her exams and me....I never need an excuse to lie in the sun :-)))))))
Until next time x
Getting ready for our graduation ball, Kirsty was fantastic and such a lovely woman! We were worried about it being a little awkward but Kirsty was so lovely and chatty that it added towards the girlie pamper morning. My nails were beautiful for the event and as I had the shellac hands and toes, they stayed on for just over 2 weeks which was great.Thank you Kirsty, I have already recommended you! X
